Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer (purchase for non-professional purposes), you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely or outside our sales premises within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases by businesses or for professional purposes (B2B).

Withdrawal Period

The 14-day period starts:

for a single product: the day after you (or a third party designated by you, not the carrier) physically receive the goods;
for multiple products in one order delivered separately: the day after you receive the last product;
for a product delivered in several shipments or parts: the day after you receive the last shipment or part.

How to Withdraw?

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) within the period mentioned above. You can use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory. Any clear statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract is sufficient.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period expires. The burden of proof for timely and correct withdrawal lies with you.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (the cheapest delivery method offered; if you choose a more expensive delivery method, the additional costs are at your expense). We will do this no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods or hand them over to us no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal decision. You are on time if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. For goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail (e.g., stoves, complete chimney systems, and other heavy or bulky goods), these return costs are estimated at 100 to 250 EURO (indicative, depending on volume, weight, and pickup address). Please contact us in advance for a concrete estimate and practical arrangements.

Depreciation

You may only handle and inspect the goods as you would be allowed to do in a store: to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are liable for any depreciation resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to determine this (e.g., a stove that has been used or assembled, or parts that have been installed or damaged). We may deduct this depreciation from the amount to be reimbursed.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to article VI.53 WER, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or cut products - goods manufactured according to your specifications or clearly intended for you personally, such as chimney parts cut to length or configured to size (art. VI.53, 3°).
Bulk fuel or pellets mixed after delivery with your existing stock and thus irreversibly mixed with other products by their nature (art. VI.53, 6°). Pellets in closed, unopened bags are not included and remain fully retractable.
Fully executed installation or placement services that began with your express prior consent and where you acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal once the service is fully executed (art. VI.53, 1°). This only concerns the service; the right of withdrawal remains applicable to the separately delivered goods (subject to depreciation).
